I am an activities co-ordinator at Bowood Mews care home. Our residents suffer from dementia, and we bought along four of our residents to the National Motor Cycle Museum yesterday 26/2/13 we had a great time your staff were all very friendly, especially the young lady who was serving at the shop , when i asked where we could get a cup of tea she showed us the seats reserved for disabled people and went and fetched the tea herself. We would like to thank her very much and all of the other staff that we came into contact with. Dear Richard, A big thank you to you and your team for helping to make our meeting a success yesterday. All your team were very friendly and helpful and showed attention to detail. All the delegates enjoyed the venue, even those who weren't particularly interested in motorcycles. It was easy to find from the motorway, clear signage was displayed inside the building and the meeting room was very spacious. Refreshments were on time and lunch was excellent.The chocolate brownies were to die for - please thank the chefs. At one point, I advised the lady serving the tea/coffee that one of the toilets in the ladies wasn't working properly. When I next went to the ladies, the toilet had been fixed, rather than an 'out of order' sign placed on the door, which is so often the case. I was impressed ! Dan I just wanted to send an e-mail to say how much your team were appreciated, from Steve who I have never met but sorted out our bookings right through to the cleaner with the lovely smile, the staff were all brilliant. Hi, Just wanted to thank you to you and everyone concerned for the great night we had on Friday. All of my group agreed it was a really good night. The food was excellent, much better quality than we have had at previous Christmas parties at other venues. The room looked lovely and DJ was very good. All the men in our group wore black ties and my only suggestion to you is perhaps you could make one of you events a 'black tie' event next Christmas. Hi Dan, Thanks very much for hosting the EPE ECCE-Europe 2011 Gala Dinner at the Motorcycle Museum on 21st August. The delegates had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed themselves. They especially enjoyed looking around the exhibits before the meal. The team of Museum staff on duty that night were a great help and ready to adapt to last minute changes.
