Arno
1911
500cc
Arno of Coventry is a near-forgotten car and motorcycle manufacturer from the early years of the 20th century, so it is very fortunate that the Museum's 1911 3 1/2hp TT Model could be restored to as-new condition from its poor state after the fire.
Powered by Arno's own sturdy 500cc side-valve engine, this veteran has typical features of its period, including single-speed belt drive to the rear wheel and a flat-topped tank to contain both petrol and oil.
