James Hewing, Museum director of the National Motorcycle Museum stated: “building on the previous year we were amazed by the size of the crowd attending this year’s event. The new ‘Live Fire Up’ feature where we started up everything from Hislop’s ‘White Charger’ to various Moto GP bikes proved extremely popular. The event is fantastic way for us to say thank you to the public for their support over the years and our open day is now a permanent feature in the calendar every October”.
