Product Description

The Triumph Bonneville took its name from Johnny Allen's successful, Triumph-engined attempt to take the world speed record for two wheeled machines on the Bonneville Salt Flats in 1956. On September the 6th, his 650cc Triumph reached a speed of 214 mph.

The Bonneville was produced in response to US demand. It hit the streets in 1959.

It did not initially meet with huge critical acclaim but, over time, it became a favourite of enthusiasts, racers and Hollywood celebrities alike. It set the tone for a dynasty that is still alive and kicking today.

This 1:6 scale replica is hand-made by skilled modelmakers from over 400 separate parts.
