For the third year running Feefo has awarded Footman James with the ‘Feefo Gold Trusted Service award’.

Feefo is trusted for its independently collected verified customer reviews. The authentic reviews allow potential customers to read about a company’s products and services from genuine customers before making a purchase.

Feefo’s concept was established in 2010 and clients quickly grew in numbers becoming an award winning platform that it is globally recognised as today.

In 2013 Feefo began the accreditation scheme to recognise and highlight businesses that have performed exceptionally well in delivering great customer service. The Trusted Service award status is gained when a business has received an average service rating between 85 per cent and 94 per cent. However, the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award is only awarded to businesses that have received an average service rating between 95 per cent and 100 per cent.

Footman James has been awarded the Gold Trusted Service award for a score of 4.8/5 based on 2835 reviews throughout 2016.

David Bond, Director at Footman James said: “We are very proud to have received the Gold Trusted Service award for the third year running. This award shows our commitment and dedication to delivering the best service to our customers and we are happy to be recognised for it. This year we hope to continue providing a great service to our customers as well as striving to improve wherever possible.
