Coronavirus – Important information

The museum collection will reopen to visitors on Monday 17/05/21, please click here for key information.

The museum is currently closed, but online sales via our web shop remain operational. This includes all retail goods, Bruce Main-Smith Technical literature and online raffle sales. However, please note that we will be unable to dispatch goods ordered until the Thursday of each week. This will also include confirmation of your on-line raffle entry. The National Motorcycle Museum values your support very much at this difficult time, please rest assured that we will dispatch all goods ordered as soon as we are able. For any queries please contact

Silverstone with Bemsee. 7/8 April.

Only 2 weeks to the first meeting now and we could do with 3 or 4 more riders so if anyone is still thinking about it Bemsee will still accept your entry.

We have been allocated 3 of the big garages in the Wing (Nos.18, 19 & 20 ) so all our bikes and benches will fit in it – parking outside.

Andy Reynolds our scrutineer will be there and will probably have a separate line for Lansdowne bikes.
We will have our own prizegiving and tyre draw in our garages after all racing is finished on Saturday evening, watch our noticeboard for the timing of this.

For those of you that are new to the Lansdowne. When waiting in the warming up area for our Practice/Qualifying session please line up with the Bonhams class at the front, then the WRR followed by the Avon & TCM classes, and go onto the track in this order – we have found this to be safer – no quick guys coming through from the back!

Donington 12/13 May & Snetterton 19/20 May.

Two weekends on the trot is not ideal but I’m afraid was unavoidable, please try and support both of these – perhaps a BBQ on the Saturday evening at Snetterton – weather permitting.
It is now time to get your entry in for these 2 meetings, please go to the website and do this ASAP – thankyou.
