These two years saw significant technical changes. This manual covers the AMC gearbox, both dynamo and alternator, and fullwidth hubs. Almost all examples had the speedometer integrated into the rear of the headlamp shell. Girling, Woodhead and Armstrong units have been used at various times by Norton on the Dominators. Girling are perhaps the commonest.
