The museum is currently closed, but online sales via our web shop remain operational. This includes all retail goods, Bruce Main-Smith Technical literature and online raffle sales. However, please note that we will be unable to dispatch goods ordered until the Thursday of each week. This will also include confirmation of your on-line raffle entry. As you may well already know, our fabulous National Conference Centre is set in the heart of the Midlands, alongside the world famous National Motorcycle Museum. Located just off J6 on the M42, it boasts excellent transport links to both Birmingham International Airport and train station. We are equally accessible for the North and South of the country with both Manchester and London being approx. 2 hours’ drive. Central Birmingham is only 25 minutes away, even shorter if you jump on the train from the International station!
To ensure that our customers have peace of mind and to safeguard our visitors, delegates and colleagues we have been audited using the Venue Directory Covid-19 Secure Venue Criteria and are delighted to say that we now adhere to all of the strict specifications required. In addition, we have our own “Safe Meeting” Guidelines set up and ready to roll out.
As a ‘stand-alone’ facility the National Conference Centre benefits from negligible cross contamination from people walking past the venue, in addition to which, we can also offer the possibility of sole occupancy. Add in our amazing access, both in terms of location and space, along with up to 1000 FREE parking spaces on site, including charge points for electric cars and disabled parking, the National Conference Centre really is the perfect place to practice social distancing!
Boasting a stunning main entrance foyer along with other flexible entrances, 13 purpose-built meeting and conference suites available, including the Wardroom, seating small parties of up to 20 guests, and the Imperial Suite which can host 1000 guests/delegates.
We have excellent internal facilities including the ability to hold virtual events with our dedicated ADSL connection and the latest Cisco Systems wifi infrastructure and exquisite onsite catering, the National Conference Centre truly is a ‘cut above’.
