Rachel Northam has joined the National Motorcycle Museum’s award-winning conference facility as a consultant with a focus on sales and marketing. Her appointment demonstrates the team’s steady expansion, as the venue becomes one of the top corporate meetings destinations in the West Midlands.
Previously, Rachel was national sales manager at Mars, one of the world’s leading food manufacturers and brings over 20 years’ sales experience to the team. Rachel’s role will see her proactively contributing to the revenue performance of the conference and events sales team. One of the key aspects of the position will be to develop beneficial and productive relationships with new clients, especially those from venue agencies, live communication agencies and associations. Rachel will also play a key role in thedevelopment of sales and marketing strategies, as well as managing awareness and participation in industry trade shows and exhibitions.
